Where is it?
Steubenville Atlantic is hosted at Saint Mary’s University. The Main Conference auditorium is located in the McNally Auditorium in the McNally Building (McNally Theatre Auditorium, 923 Robie St, Halifax, NS B3H 3C3). This is where we will be spending most of our time. We will be staying in Loyola Residence Tower (5865 Gorsebrook Ave).
Where & When is drop off & pick up?
Drop off and Pick up will be at the front of the McNally Building (McNally Theatre Auditorium, 923 Robie St, Halifax, NS B3H 3C3), there is a driveway for drop-off. Leaders and chaperones will be in front of the McNally Building by the driveway. (Bus Dropoff - McNally Building on Map)

Pick Up at McNally Building - Sunday @ 1:00pm
Who do I contact in an emergency?
For people at the conference:
If an emergency arises at the Steubenville Conference, contact Saint Mary’s Security at 902-420-5000
For people not at the conference:
If an emergency arises and you need to contact your teen at the conference, you can reach them however you see fit, or contact Janna Ballesteros at 902-809-2215
Do we get WiFi?
Yes, Saint Mary’s University has public WiFi for all guests.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
All participants will be staying in the Loyola Residence Tower. The residence tower is 22 stories so each floor will be designated either male or female. Male participants are not permitted on Female floors, and the same goes for female participants. Rooms are split into “pods” of 5 rooms that each share a bathroom or a shower. Bathrooms and Showers are each separate locking rooms - kind of like in a house. Most rooms are singles, but some are doubles.
I see there is a marketplace, what is there to buy?
It really depends on the year! There are always lots of good Catholic books and merchandise. You can buy a conference T-shirt (the Steubenville Conference T-Shirt) and more! Be sure to check out tables from Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO), Holy Cross Chaplaincy (HCC) and NET Canada!
I purchased a conference T-Shirt at registration, where do I pick those up?
Usually these are picked up at the marketplace on Friday Night. We will have a group going to pick these up together!
I'd like to bring my own car and park at Saint Mary’s for the weekend, can I do that?
Parking is free on Saturday and Sunday. If you will be parking at Saint Mary’s for Friday morning and afternoon, you can let us know by emailing Youth@holytrinityns.ca your license plate number and we will ensure you have parking.
For Youth Participants who wish to drive, please let Janna know as soon as possible at Youth@holytrinityns.ca
